If you are using Firefox brower, please check the following from the menu:
"setting" > "content" and make sure that the java script and the security level are both checked.

If you are using the Chrome browser, please check the following from the menu :
"setting" > "options" > "advanced settiing" > click "change content"
- click "allow java script in all sites(recommended)" in java script
