Postponement of CT teaching Course in Bangkok May 14-15,2010
    Office   |   2010-04-25 03:11
As you know the political situation in Bangkok has still not settled
and there are still travel advisories from many governments telling
people in the region not to travel to Bangkok.

It has been decided that the meeting planned for May 14-15,2010 will now be cancelled and will be postponed till Aug 6-7,2010 and location will move to Singapore. The proposed location in Singapore is Furama Riverfront Hotel.

These are your options with regards to your registration and any fees that you may have paid

1. Attend the re-scheduled meeting in Singapore- you do not need to do anything about your registration fees if they are already
paid . You will need to book hotel room direct with the hotel .
Details will be posted on the website in 2 weeks and the
scientific program may need to be changed slightly due to
teaching faculty availability- this will also be posted on the
website www.cardiaccttc-cmr.com.sg

2. Attend the 7^th Cardiac CT and Cardiac MR meeting in Sydney
July 2-4,2010 instead .Details are at www.cardiacctcmr.com.au
. You will be able to register
and pay early registration rates and not the full fees, by
informing the Sydney secretariat there (contact @cardiacctcmr.com.au) or tell us that you are transferring
your registration from the Bangkok meeting. We will refund the
registration fees for Bangkok to you ( less bank/credit card charges).

3. Request for a refund of your registration fees for Bangkok
Thank you for your understanding and support and interest in this
meeting and once again my apologies for the inconvenience caused to you
